Tell us if we're wrong.
There is a better way. And it starts on the site.
The reality
These are not statistics. They are sons, fathers, colleagues, and friends. And the construction industry can do more for them.

Inspired by The Traitors, DNA-V Traitors: The Site comes to you, delivered in your space, with your team, and turns any break room or site hut into something nobody expected from a wellbeing session.
Your team take on roles — Faithfuls and Traitors — and navigate a game rooted in real psychological science. Brains start generating stories. Trust, intuition, and decision-making under pressure. The same dynamics your people carry home every night.
By the end, they won't just have heard about psychological flexibility. They will have experienced it from the inside. That changes things.
The Experience
We come to you. No special setup, no away days, no suits. Just something real, in a space your team already knows.
We arrive, we set the scene. Roles are assigned. Brains start generating stories. The game is afoot — and it feels nothing like a training session.
Faithfuls and Traitors navigate challenges rooted in psychological flexibility and behavioural science. Trust, intuition, and pressure — the everyday reality of site life.
The DNA-V framework surfaces naturally through the experience. Your team don't learn about the model. They live it from the inside.
You leave with new ways of relating to the pressure that comes with work you care about. Practical. Real. Something that actually helps.
The bigger picture
Construction is physical work. But the hardest load isn't always the one you carry on site.
Long hours. Physical exhaustion. Financial pressure. Weeks away from home. A culture that rewards getting on with it and makes asking for help feel like weakness. Your people carry all of it, every day, without complaint.
DNA-V Traitors: The Site doesn't ask your team to talk about their feelings in a circle. It gives them a genuinely different experience — one that builds psychological flexibility from the inside out. New ways of relating to the stress, the pressure, and the weight that comes with work you care about.
When your people feel genuinely equipped, that ripples through every shift, every team, and every person they go home to.
Looking after your team is not a soft option. It is the strongest thing you can do.
Why It Works
From the first moment to the final reveal, your team are in it. Not watching it. That is the whole point.
DNA-V is grounded in Acceptance & Commitment Therapy and contextual behavioural science. It works. And now it works on site.
No corporate polish. No uncomfortable chairs in a hotel conference room. We come to your site, your space, your team.
We deliver in your space, on your schedule. No travel, no disruption, no loss of a full working day.
Pre and post confidence measures, feedback data, and follow-up resources. Evidence you can take back to the business.
Winner of the Welsh Social Business of the Year and the Welsh Prove It: Social Impact Award. We know what we are doing.
Before You Ask
That is the most common question we get — and the one we are most confident about. This is not a feelings circle or a PowerPoint presentation. It is a game that happens to change how people think. Sceptics tend to be the ones who come out of it most surprised.
Each session runs for a half day, either a morning or an afternoon. If you have a larger team, we can run two separate sessions in one day, each with up to 20 participants playing their own game.
Sessions work best with a minimum of 10 participants. Below that the game loses some of its dynamic. If your team is smaller, get in touch and we will find the best approach together.
Always. We come to you. A break room, a site hut, a welfare unit — we work in whatever space you have. No special setup required. Just your team and an open mind.
None whatsoever. The experience introduces everything naturally. Your team will leave understanding DNA-V because they lived it, not because someone told them about it.
A morning or afternoon session is £600 for up to 20 participants. A full day of two sessions covering up to 40 staff is £1,000. Pioneer pricing is available for early adopters. Get in touch to find out more.
Fill in the form below. Tell us a little about your site or organisation and we will be in touch to have a conversation and find a date that works. No commitment required at that stage. The only wrong move is not making the move at all.
Your Invitation
