Uninspiring L&D has been banished. Welcome to the boardroom.
Part of Therapeutic Activities Group CIC
Inspired by the hit show, DNA-V Traitors: The Boardroom comes to you, delivered in your space, with your team, and turns any room into an experience unlike anything in your L&D calendar.
Your people take on roles — Faithfuls and Traitors — and navigate a game rooted in real psychological and organisational science. Trust, intuition, and decision-making under pressure. Brains start generating stories. The same dynamics your teams navigate every single day.
By the end, they won't just understand the DNA-V framework for psychological flexibility. They'll have experienced it from the inside. And that changes how they lead, how they connect, and how they perform.
The Experience
We come to you. No special equipment, no away days required. Just an experience so compelling your team won't believe it counts as training.
We arrive, we set the scene. Roles are assigned. Brains start generating stories. The game is afoot.
Faithfuls and Traitors navigate challenges rooted in psychological flexibility and behavioural science. Trust, intuition, and decision-making under pressure. The boardroom in its most honest form.
The DNA-V framework surfaces naturally through the experience. Your team don't learn about the model. They live it from the inside.
You leave changed. New ways of relating to thoughts. New ways of holding the stress that comes with work you care about.
Why Organisations Choose This
Stress is not a sign of weakness. It is the inevitable companion of work you care about. DNA-V gives your team new ways of relating to that stress. It fuels rather than drains them. Your people leave genuinely equipped, not just informed.

OBM tells us that behaviour in organisations is shaped by context — not just personality. The Boardroom makes that visible. Your team will understand each other differently, communicate more honestly, and build the kind of trust that holds under real pressure. No away day has ever done this.

The best leaders know how they think, feel, and behave when it matters most. DNA-V Traitors: The Boardroom puts that self-knowledge to the test in the safest possible environment. When the real moment comes, they are ready to act from their values, not their anxiety.

Built Different. By Design.
From the opening moment to the final reveal, every element is crafted to hold attention and create something genuinely memorable.
Grounded in both DNA-V and Organisational Behaviour Management, two of the most robust evidence-based frameworks available for understanding how people behave, connect, and perform at work.
Designed for leadership teams, HR, management, and whole-organisation L&D. No prior knowledge required. The experience does the teaching.
No away days, no expensive venues. We deliver in your space, on your schedule, with your team. Simple as that.
Pre and post confidence measures, staff feedback data, and follow-up resources to embed learning long after the session ends.
Winner of the Welsh Social Business of the Year and the Welsh Prove It: Social Impact Award. Recognition that what we do genuinely works.
The bigger picture
If you care about your work, stress comes with it. That is not a problem to be solved. It is a human reality to be held.
What Organisational Behaviour Management tells us, and what DNA-V makes felt, is that it is not the presence of stress that determines how your team performs. It is what they do with it. Whether they have the psychological flexibility to act from their values even when thoughts and feelings are loud.
DNA-V Traitors: The Boardroom gives your people new ways of holding the weight that caring about their work will always bring. Not by removing the difficulty. By building the capacity to carry it. Together.
When your people feel genuinely equipped, not just trained, that ripples into every decision, every interaction, and every moment of pressure they face as a team.
When your people feel it, your whole organisation benefits from it.
Before You Ask
Each session runs for a half day, either a morning or an afternoon. If you have a larger organisation, we can run two separate sessions in one day, each with up to 20 participants playing their own game.
Sessions are designed for up to 20 people. This keeps the experience genuinely immersive and ensures every participant is fully involved rather than watching from the sidelines.
Yes — sessions work best with a minimum of 10 participants. Below that the game loses some of its dynamic and the experience isn't quite what it should be. If your team is smaller, get in touch and we can have a conversation about the best approach.
Yes, always. We come to your organisation, work in your space, and bring everything we need. No special setup required — just your team and an open mind.
None at all. The experience is designed to introduce the framework naturally through play. Your team will leave understanding DNA-V because they felt it, not because they were told about it.
Good. Sceptics make the best participants. DNA-V Traitors: The Boardroom is not a trust fall or a team building exercise. It is a psychologically grounded experience that reveals something real about how we think, feel, and behave. Sceptics tend to be the ones who come out of it most surprised.
A morning or afternoon session is £1,250 for up to 20 participants. A full day covering two separate sessions of up to 20 people each is £2,200. We are currently offering pioneer pricing for early adopters — get in touch to find out more.
Simply fill in the form below. Tell us a little about your organisation and we will be in touch to have a conversation, answer any questions, and find a date that works for you. No commitment required at that stage — just a chat. The only wrong move is not taking your seat at all.
