Tell us if we're wrong.
The people who support children deserve training that genuinely prepares them for the moments that matter.
Boring training has been banished. Welcome to the round table.

Inspired by the hit show, DNA-V Traitors comes to you, delivered in your space, with your team, and turns any room into an experience unlike anything in your CPD calendar.
You're not watching slides. You're living the science. Feeling the psychological pulls. Navigating trust, uncertainty, and choice. Exactly as children do every single day.
By the time the session ends, your team won't just know the DNA-V framework. They'll have felt it from the inside. And that changes everything.
The Experience
We come to you. No special equipment, no transformed spaces. Just an experience so compelling your team won't believe it's training.
We arrive, we set the scene, and before a single slide appears the experience begins. Roles are assigned. Brains start generating stories. The game is afoot.
Faithfuls and Traitors navigate challenges rooted in psychological flexibility. Trust, intuition, and decision-making mirror what children face every day.
The DNA-V framework surfaces naturally through the experience. Staff don't learn about the model. They live it from the inside.
You leave with more than knowledge. You leave with a felt understanding of how to support children's psychological flexibility. The tools to put it into practice the very next day.
The bigger picture
Staff wellbeing and children's wellbeing are not separate conversations. They never were.
When the people supporting children feel seen, energised, and genuinely equipped, that ripples into every interaction, every session, every difficult moment they navigate together.
DNA-V Traitors is designed to be an experience your staff actually enjoy. One that nourishes as much as it equips. Because when people develop psychological flexibility, the ability to do what matters even when it is hard, that is not just good for them. It is workable. For them, for the children they support, and for the organisations they are part of. Because training that only transfers knowledge misses half the point.
When staff feel it, children benefit from it.
Why It Lands
From the opening moment to the final reveal, every element is crafted to hold attention and create something genuinely memorable.
DNA-V is grounded in Acceptance & Commitment Therapy and contextual behavioural science. Rigour behind the drama.
Designed for anyone who works alongside children, whether in education, youth work, social care, or community settings. Immediately applicable to real-world practice.
Delivered by the team behind The Baxter Project. Trauma-informed practice is woven into everything we do.
Pre and post confidence measures, staff feedback data, and follow-up resources to embed learning long-term.
Winner of the Welsh Social Business of the Year award and the Welsh Prove It: Social Impact Award. Recognition that what we do genuinely works.
Before You Ask
Each session runs for a half day, either a morning or an afternoon. If you have a larger team, we can run two separate sessions in one day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, each with up to 20 participants playing their own game.
Sessions are designed for up to 20 people. This keeps the experience genuinely immersive and ensures every participant is fully involved rather than watching from the sidelines.
Sessions work best with a minimum of 10 participants. Below that the game loses some of its dynamic and the experience isn't quite what it should be. If your team is smaller, get in touch and we can have a conversation about the best approach.
Yes, always. We come to your school or organisation, work in your space, and bring everything we need. No special room setup required. Just your team and an open mind.
None at all. That is the whole point. The experience is designed to introduce the framework naturally through play. Your team will leave understanding DNA-V because they felt it, not because they were told about it.
Good. Sceptics make the best participants. DNA-V Traitors is not a trust fall or a team building exercise. It is a psychologically grounded experience that reveals something real about how we think, feel, and behave. Sceptics tend to be the ones who come out of it most surprised.
We are working towards formal CPD accreditation. In the meantime, sessions are delivered by qualified practitioners from the award-winning Therapeutic Activities Group CIC, with evidence-based content rooted in the DNA-V model. We are happy to provide attendance certificates and session documentation for your records.
A morning or afternoon session is £600 for up to 20 participants. If you would like both a morning and afternoon session on the same day, covering up to 40 staff in total, the full day rate is £1,000. As a brand new experience we are currently offering pioneer pricing for early adopters. Get in touch to find out more. We think you will be pleasantly surprised.
Simply fill in the form below. Tell us a little about your organisation and we will be in touch to have a conversation, answer any questions, and find a date that works for you. No commitment required at that stage — just a chat. The only wrong move is not taking your seat at all.
